System Champions & System Masters

Great systems don't
run themselves.
Great people do.

Whether you're the person inside a business keeping the systems running — or the professional going into businesses to implement and train — there's a place for you here. A framework, a community, and a pathway to grow.

System Champions
System Masters
Two Roles. One Mission.

Which world do you live in?

Every successful system implementation has two kinds of people making it work. They need each other — and both deserve support, recognition and a path to grow.

Inside the Business

System Champions

The bridge between people and systems

You're the go-to person in your business for the system. You answer questions, troubleshoot, train new staff, and somehow hold the whole thing together — often without a formal title or a playbook to follow.

  • You became the Champion — sometimes without being asked
  • You work across any business system, any industry
  • You care about people AND technology working together
  • You're building intrapreneurial capability from the inside
  • You want to grow — and eventually become a Master

System Masters

The implementers, trainers and consultants

You go INTO businesses to implement systems, train teams and drive adoption. You've built a career — or are building one — in systems implementation. You know the technical side. It's the human side that makes or breaks the engagement.

  • You implement, train and consult — any software, any industry
  • You're building entrepreneurial independence
  • You want the human-centric framework that makes implementations stick
  • You want peer community, mentorship and career growth
  • You train and develop Champions inside the businesses you serve

Every Master was once a Champion

The pathway from Champion to Master is real — and Erika walked it herself. Starting as a temp admin who taught herself a system in three weeks, through 14 years of global implementation leadership. The journey is the framework.

The Origin Story

From temp admin to global implementation leader

In 2009 Erika started as a temporary admin hire — meant to stay three weeks. Within days she'd taught herself the software. Within weeks she was training the rest of the office. Within a month the wall calendar the business had been using instead of their software was gone.

"You should be a trainer," the consultant told her. Three days later she asked the CEO if he had three days of work for her. He said yes.

Those three days turned into 14 years — from Implementation Consultant to working across the UK, to Customer Success Manager, to Implementation Manager for Australia and New Zealand, then globally, and eventually Chief Learning & Development Officer.

14 years of implementations across five countries. 14 years of watching patterns emerge. And for the past three years — working independently, proving that everything learned inside the industry stands just as strongly on its own.

"

Implementation success is almost never about the software. It's about people. It's about change. It's about hearts and minds — not just configuration and go-live dates.

That's why the human-centric approach isn't optional. It's the whole thing.
