GLOW Solo moves you through four stages: Egg (what have I always carried?), Larva (what am I growing through?), Pupa (what am I becoming?), and Firefly (what light do I want to pass on?). You can take the complete journey from Stage 1, or answer four short questions to find the stage that fits where you are right now and begin there.
There is a gentle AI companion called Firefly who responds warmly if you choose to share what surfaces. The reflection box is always optional. Nothing you write is seen by anyone. This space is genuinely yours.
