From the toolshed to the boardroom โ and back again
Before I ever opened a laptop to configure a system, I was working inside trade businesses โ understanding firsthand what it means to manage a team, keep workflows moving, and hold a trade operation together when everything is pulling in different directions at once.
That foundation changed everything about how I approach my work. I never forgot what it feels like to be on the ground โ and that empathy has shaped every implementation, every training program and every piece of advice I've given since.
From there I moved into implementation consulting, then spent years growing through global roles โ travelling across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Ireland, implementing systems, training trainers, assessing businesses and learning from every single engagement.
I am genuinely grateful for every customer, every culture, every team. That diversity of experience is what I bring to every conversation โ and it's what shaped The Viking Code, a framework I didn't invent, but discovered in 20 years of watching what separates the businesses that thrive from those that struggle.
