I’m Erika Entz — founder of Trade Operations Blueprint, System Masters, and System Champions, and creator of the Firefly Effect™, a nature-inspired growth framework that aligns structure with soul. My career has taken me from the toolshed to the boardroom: I’ve led global implementation and training teams in fast-growth SaaS environments, built award-winning onboarding programs, and supported hundreds of trade and service businesses to streamline systems, improve workflows, and strengthen field-to-office alignment.
