In addition, Erika has a strong passion for Resilience First Aid (mental health support), and she actively incorporates this into her leadership and team development strategies. She is committed to fostering learning organizations, having created a learning & development department, launched multiple LMS systems, and designed award-winning onboarding programs for both customers and employees.

Erika also has extensive experience in developing training and implementation departments, including full ISO preparation, to ensure operational excellence and support long-term growth.
